  I was working with another loan company and they were awful. I was selling a house at the same time and my buyer was working with Leslie. She was fantastic. I switched companies to Cardinal and worked with Leslie too. This was a great decision. Even if it was Sunday at 8pm she responded to any of my questions and handled everything promptly and professionally. Could not recommend more highly.

  First off, I never leave reviews for anything, good or bad. However I am so beyond unsatisfied that I feel compelled to this time. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Working with them for the past year and a half has been an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't even recommend cardinal to my worst enemy. If I have a problem it is impossible to reach anyone, I always have to leave a message and hope to god that someone will return my call. Then when I am actually able to speak to someone they are NO help at all. Not even to mention the fact they bumped up my mortgage payment without any notice at all. No one knows what the hell they are doing over there and it is laughable they consider themselves a "business." I will absolutely be refinancing elsewhere. Never do business with these people, you will regret it.

  Alexis Adams was a stellar loan officer to work with at Cardinal Financial . She was very professional and was on top of her game from the jump start. I really liked that she worked very close with the realtors and kept us informed throughout the process. She gets 5 stars from me.

  Dani was very professional and respondent to me very guickly . She treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. I will recommend her to my friends and family for any of their needs . It was a pleasure to work with her and I am looking to use her services soon . Wish I had known her for my other real estate purchases.!

  They can't help answer any questions. The worst I wish I could refinance my house through someone else with out having to pay all the fees!!!!!!!

  Michelle, I believe you have left this review for the wrong business. This is the Baton Rouge branch of Cardinal Financial and we are not associated with any other locations/branches. We do not have you in our system at all so it had to be another mortgage company or Cardinal branch that you worked with.
