  Sam went far beyond any expectations I ever imagined! He worked into the evenings several times and actually got us the best loan available to us! He overcame several obstacles landing us a loan a whole percent less than the other company trying to persuade us to go with them (because they claimed to be the best option out there). I would recommend anyone to use Sam and Capital Assets in need or a Home Loan. After it was all over it turned out I knew Sam's wife's parents from decades before!! He had no idea who I was until after my wife and I moved in to our new townhouse. Without knowing me he gave his best effort! Says a lot for the man's character!!! Capital Assets is lucky to have him representing their company! Thank You Sam!!!

  Awesome company to work with! I dealt with Sam directly and even though I was a first time home buyer, he was very patient with me and helped me make sure I had everything in order before getting approved. Sam is very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. I would and do recommend Capital Assets to anyone who is looking for a mortgage or to refinance their current mortgage.

  We recently completed a loan that was handled by Sam at Capital Assets. I was so impressed with his handling, he could not have made the process easier. Sam is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He appears genuinely interested in making sure the loan closes, even if that means a lot additional work for him. This purchase was an investment property and we intend to buy more in the future. We will definitely use Sam again.

  Sam was great! This was my second time around with Capital Assets and it was an excellent experience. I was so confident with them, and being busy, that we conducted the whole process via email, text and call. I only saw Sam when we signed the contract on closing. Process was smooth and really appreciated how quick Sam replied and got things done. Highly recommend them and will for sure be doing business with them again. The thank you gift from them was also unexpected and very surprising. Sure sealed the deal with me as a customer.
