  We work primarily with the Squire Netsuite specialists. There team has been phenomenal. I am the CFO of a startup company. If you have every worked for a startup company you will understand processes are not always clean which makes it difficult to map out. After working with several other accounting professionals, it wasn't until we found Squire that the accounting professional understood our industry, our less than perfect processes, and had a game plan that was both effective and efficient. After we launched Netsuite we kept Squire as our main contact for consulting purposes. Again we haven't been disappointed. I would highly recommend Squire especially for any Netsuite consultations.

  Squire has done payroll for two of the companies that I've worked for. They've always been very good and responsive. My fellow employees never complained about payroll-related issues. I think they're pretty cheap, too, because I think that they use budget systems. I'd definitely recommend Squire for small businesses. I think they also do accounting, in addition to payroll, but I've just used them for payroll.

  I initially contacted Squire about quick books help for my very small business. We discussed the price range and needs for my size. I met with a friendly assistant at a lower price. I was relieved to the extent in which she helped, although she didn't seem competent to help adjust an error I needed help with. Which was the whole point of seeking services. We worked through some details, follow up 2weeks after to complete what I still needed help with adjusting an error in quick books. I received an formal engagement letter that the price hourly was now much higher, to complete said, project. I did not agree, but was reassured that I would be handed off to another business to meet my needs. Since, I have followed up more than a dozen times, I've given them 5 months to hand off my account. I get excuse after excuse, talk to multiple people and I'm still waiting. "It's a busy time for us." "Let me get back to you." Tired of being brushed off. Now I'm left finding somewhere else to help clean up the mess they started. Would not do business with squire unless you have time to wait around for excuses and empty promises.
