  Been a customer for many years. Appreciate the good service. Best personal loan company I have used. I only wish I could continue to get a lower interest rate as I continue to use the service. Was told where I'm at is the lowest rate. Maybe good customers could continue to get better rates in the future. Thanks!

  All Reps are super super friendly and helpful. Their response time is incredible. Lots of communication, whether via email or txt. Rates are better than anyone else and they go down depending on how many loans you have had with them. Highly recomend!

  What was a VERY stressful situation this morning turned out to be such a different/good experience now. I'm very impressed with their willingness to help me with what I felt was unfair treatment on their end. They've (generally) always been a good company to work with, this morning almost changed my view but when they got back in touch with me and made a solution (I still paid a little over what I was expecting to be current but that taught me to stay on top of withdrawals and don't just trust the system) that worked on both ends it made me REALLY happy to be their customer! LIFT has definitely earned my trust in knowing they look out for their customers, and I'm glad they around.

  So far I've had a pleasant experience. There are some communication breakdowns when it comes to getting your application fully processed but if you reach out to the team they're quick to respond and get the ball rolling.

  Honestly don't go through them. Their terms are fairly reasonable but not worth the hassle of what they have changed to. I have had multiple loans and stayed in good standing with them. Went to get a small one again and I had to jump through a million hoops. I liked coming here cause it was easy and reasonable. They refused to take the HR number I had to a direct contact of my hr team or to go back prior loans showing I'm still with the same company. This has put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning due to this.

  Lift credit was easy to work with and helped me get the money I needed quickly. Everyone was polite and helpful on the phone. Have used them before and recommend them to anyone.

  The customer service aspect is very good . The staff appears to know the business and are very friendly and pleasant. If you’re in need of cash and have to deal with the Uber high interest rates that go along with this type of loan, then it may as well be lift at least they don’t laugh in your face

  Kristen their representative was knowledgeable and informative. Money was in my account the next day. They do not report to the credit bureaus if your looking to improve your credit for WI. But their terms were very transparent.
