  We had such a great experience with Joy!   I’ve worked with Joy for close to a decade in the capacity of loan refinancing and her work ethics exceeds the expectations in areas such as customer service, efficiency and time management. She processed a streamline loan for me in 2013 and recently refinanced my home for a 15 yr fixed at 2.125%. When the notary sent the closing documents to the wrong address, Joy picked them up and hand carried them to their respective destination. Her sense of urgency allowed me to close and record on time.   Joy has been beyond amazing with everything! Her attention to detail and the care she gives to us makes us feel like she is part of our family! She has helped us, and both our kids purchase and refinance homes, a couple times haha. She keeps in close contact with us through the entire process and when we have questions she response so quickly I barely have time to finish sending an email and she has already responded.
