  I literally just left there about 15 minutes ago I went in there would like a lot of weight on my shoulders and I was just having a really hard time and let me tell you these reviews are completely correct and true! Hands-down the best collection of jewelry I’ve ever seen at a pawnshop it’s clean the people that work there are amazing love love love Lizzy I’m assuming that’s who I met today I cannot cannot describe how great my experience was there’s-just no words amazing place!

  Came into Lizzy’s Jewelry in Arlington to bling out my new baby chihuahuas. Rob and Katie were AMAZING!!! Great customer service. Left with two little bracelets for my adorable new babies!! I’ll definitely be back for more bling for my puppies.

  I had some questions about an unreported error coin I found. These folks were super helpful and friendly. Even though I wasn't there to buy I bought a bunch of coins for my nephew just because they were so helpful and friendly.

  There business is really excellent and great customer service, they helped my husband and I pick out our wedding bands. We also got a good discount on them. I would definitely come back to upgrade when we are ready to. They have amazing jewelry, coin’s at there three stores.

  My fiance has been doing business with Lizzy's and Jerry's for 15 years and every experience has been great!! The staff is friendly, attentive, caring, honest and fair. Whether you are selling, pawing or buying, this quality family owned business really goes the extra mile to provide amazing service!! Our last interaction was purchasing our wedding rings through Lizzy's just this week. It was the first place we wanted to look for this important purchase, and of course found our precious, unique rings there, and received outstanding service from Kathi - who totally rocks by the way!!   Rob was very kind and helpful in finding the perfect pendant and chain for my wife's birthday. He kept everything in budget and found a beautiful stone and chain. I really appreciate the help and will be back in the future.

  Tried to sell my wedding set and chose this place because of the high rating. I was immediately accused of lying about when and where the set was purchased because they claimed it was older (I have receipts from original purchase) and the appraiser was extremely rude and mocking during the whole interaction. Horrible experience all around. Moral of the story: don't wear sweatpants and a hoodie to this store unless you want to be treated like a thief.

  Rob was excellent with great customer service and don't remember what the ladies name was but, she was also very good at customer service. We ended up buying a bridal set of rings that are simply amazing. Thank you so much!!!

  I had a very positive experience here selling some old coins I had. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, interactive and honest. Product on hand is amazing and priced fairly. I'm not used to honest businesses in this field so I will happily return here.

  The best place in the area for rare coins gold and silver great law away plan and great prices Rob and Katie are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you love collecting rare coins come here they always have key date and graded and just affordable coins bring your kids educate them as well
