  I am so disgusted by the way I was treated there today. My friend and I went in there intending on buying a jump starter box for my truck, a fan, and anything else we may have liked. We intended to spend at least $200 cash while there. From the second we walked in all the employees (not just one or two but every single one) were downright rude and condescending. Upon entering we inquire about the jump box and are told they dont have any, so we go look at the bags. While looking at purses which were not in any way well kept or tidy, in fact they were in piles on floor and some tangled with others, knockoffs mixed with very worn designer bags, the old man actually touched my friend on her rear end because he was so close to us not giving us even 6 inches in personal space. My friend became upset and left even though I tried to get her to wait. After deciding not a single purse was worth the exuberant price they quoted us, I moved on to look for the jump box about half an aisle away, which they did in fact have and not just a couple, they had at least a dozen, all priced higher then the original store prices (I have been researching them the last few days). By the time I start looking at one, which actually was the exact one I wanted, an employee comes and rudely asks "what do u want?" I am very mildy tempered but at this point even I have become fed up with the downright disrespectful and rude behavior and ask why I'm being treated so blatantly unwanted. I asked if my money wasn't good enough for them, which of course goes unanswered. On my way out the door I was very upset and very angered from being so disrespected and treated like I was beneath them, all because I walked into their store intending to spend money in there. Neither my friend or myself did anything to warrant the way we were treated. PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. DONT LET PEOPLE LIKE THIS HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE TO MAKE ANYONE FEEL THE WAY I DO RIGHT NOW. My feelings are very hurt and I am embarrassed. It's not fair for people to treat people the way we were treated without a reason. DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP. WAY WAY WAY OVERPRICED MERCHANDISE SOME OF WHICH IS BASICALLY TRASH DRESSED UP, CLUTTERED, DIRTY STORE AND EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF

  I have done business here many of times and my experience has been pleasant. The staff are friendly and fair. Always willing to help out they are willing to work with you as far as pricing.

  Will absolutely never return there again. My wife and I went there and browsed the store , taking our time because it was the first visit. We tried to sell two baseball mitts, a brand new alpine deck, brand new halogen headlights and they weren't interested. We told them we were just trying to get gas money to get home to bellingham. But no deal. We continued looking around and my wife was sorting through the messy arrangement of purses when a male clerk gave her a hard time (he looked like he stepped out of a bad 80s movie and probably lives with his mother who is also his only friend. They spend their nights watching dirty xrated skinflicks together. And he would be better suited working in a Crazy Mikes video store recommending his mothers favorite dirty xrated movies.) He told her that they dont like people to have their backpacks when in the store. She told him that it wasnt a backpack it was her purse but she understood and she would just take it to the car. I watched him as he suspiciouly eyed her the until she walked out og the store I told him that we in no way meant any wrongdoing and had no intention of it. The clerk told me that it was their policy because they had alot of thefts. And then he told me rudely that we had been their for an hour and hadnt bought anything. We left angrily and will never go back even though there were plenty of items we planned to return to purchase.

  I'm sorry for your bad experience in our shop. The items you brought in we were not taking at that moment. Our employee Observed your wife trying to put a hand bag in what you called her "purse" but put the bag back after she saw the employee watching her. He politely informed her of our no backpack or large hand bag policy, At that point you started to argue with the employee about how it was her "purse" and yelled obscenities as you were walking out the door. We were nothing but polite the whole time you two were in our shop even when she tried to steal the hand bag. Once again I'm sorry for you bad experience.

  Have always been treated fairly and courteously when ever I visit this store. There is always a lot to look at and they're more than willing to accept offers on the items on display. You have to visit periodically if your looking for a particular item, but if you're patient you'll eventually find what you need.

  Just found this place and only have been there a couple of times but have had awesome experiences. they have a huge selection of stuff and a reasonable price. they treat us right and now they are our pawn shop of choice.

  Was talked down to by the owner and then offered 40 bucks for a 350 dollar drum. This place is trash edit: The drum goes for 170 on ebay used and the bag itself is 60. How is 40 bucks a wholesale price? I sold it for 230 on craigslist by the way.

  Sir sorry for bad experience you had here. We look up everything on ebay, cause that is our top online competitors for items being sold. We loan and buy on whole sale prices. We do apologize for not giving you a high dollar amount that you wanted. However we do hope that you give us another chance to make you a happy customer in the near future.
