  Steve Lawson is absolutely amazing. I've had the pleasure of working with him twice now and both times I couldn't have asked for a better broker. He truly treats his clients like they're long- time friends or family and his genuine care and concern are evident in everything he does.   LeaderOne, and in particular Steve Lawson, did an outstanding job. Steve approached us and asked if we wanted to look into refinancing because the market was great for it. I had never thought about it before because I didn't know much about finances. I then researched and found out how payments and amortization are calculated. Along the way I had many questions about the details and differences of possible loan types. Steve was always there and answered patiently in the most respectful and helpful way. He pulled all the strings and in the end we were able to safe about $500 on our mortgage payment. I am deeply thankful that Steve approached us. LeaderOne is the best! Thank you.

  I received a mailer from Garrett. Another group had been working on my file for the past 8 months... so I shot him a quick email late one night. He got back to me that night and the rest is history. He kept me in the loop on the refinance and It happened quick with little money out of pocket at closing, no PMI going forward and he’s saving me about $500 per month. Couldn’t have been more lucky working with and his team. Highly Recommend.
