  Words cannot express how phenomenal it was to work with Bruce Parish as a lender! He was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. He even took the time to explain everything to me in detail and was so helpful in making recommendations along the way.   Where do I start... Bruce is an all-star. My realtor recommended 6 Mortgage Loan Professionals in no particular order, I chose Bruce off of a whim, and WOW am I glad that I did. He made our home buying experience (first timers) entertaining, simple, and educational. You can just tell when someone genuinely cares about you and your business by the amount of time they take to explain processes and answer questions, and Bruce went above and beyond. Would I recommend his service to anyone and everyone? Without question. Thank you for everything, Bruce. Maddie and I look forward to working with you in the future.

  Bruce was super easy to work with. When we first sat down with him we knew absolutely nothing. Bruce put a plan together for us, we followed that plan, and we ended up in our new home! He was able to answer any questions we had and got us a great rate! Highly recommend!

  We started working with our CU to get pre-approved for a new mortgage loan and it was a nightmare - just to get a letter!. I needed that letter fast and called Midwest Mortgage just for information. Bruce answered my call and I can't tell you how lucky we are that he did! I was still talking to him when he emailed me the letter! Our offer was accepted and Bruce walked us step-by-step through the entire process from start to finish. Simply said, Bruce made the experience easy and stress free. I have already given his name to friends because he is that great to work with. Thank you, Bruce for all you did to help us buy our forever home!

  Bruce was absolutely amazing!!! He helped my husband and I get financed for a house from the very beginning to the very end. If your looking for someone who is dedicated and friendly and attentive bruce is the man. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a house.

  Bruce made the financing of our new home a very enjoyable experience. His knowledgeable and friendly manner got us through what, we thought, might be problematic due to past credit issues. But, before we new it, we were preapproved! We even recommended close friends of ours to him during our property search and they ended up closing before we did! LOL! Our search took longer because of certain special needs we have for a house and we had to walk away from two accepted offers due to home inspection issues that cropped up that could not be amicably resolved. Maggie and I highly recommend Bruce for anyone's home mortgage needs. He goes out of his way to make sure that you understand the process as he gets the information he needs.Thank you for your mentoring and your patience Bruce!
