  I have to be perfectly honest...I seem to have held a not so favorable opinion of attorneys in the past. Often times attorneys tend to be unhelpful and rude. But Brauns Law is different! They have been awesome to me! From the very beginning, the Brauns team took the time to actually explain my case, options and possible outcomes of my case. I felt comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. I will have NO problem consulting with them again, if necessary. I will happily refer Brauns Law whenever I have an opportunity!

  When you call Brauns law firm protect yourself from possible fraud. The receptionist will take all of your information , name number email all while they know they will not be able to help you. My question is why get all of that information? And what happens to it? I don't know the receptionist or what their life is involved in outside of work. Suggestion, Give a false name to protect yourself until you're ready to use their services. Something to think about for sure.

  Basilius - this is standard "intake" for any person calling for a consultation at any law firm - not just ours. We are required to take at least your personal information so that we can send you a formal declined to represent notice once we have reviewed your facts. This is required under the ethics rules. It is intended to make sure there is no confusion or misunderstanding that an attorney-client relationship was not formed.   Hi David & Erica !! I just got the latest newsletter, and I had to add to my review of you guys. I love the pizza info, it was part shock and part Hmmmmm. I look forward to getting each newsletter.
