  Tamie and her team were great to work with for my first time home buyers. Before we looked for homes the team spent time with the buyers explaining everything they needed to know about financing, closing costs and down payments. Once we were under contract we received timely and frequent updates on the status of the loan Highly recommend Tamie and her team! I recently refinanced my own home and the Tamie Platts Team was again professional and prompt. Frequent updates were helpful especially during the pandemic!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tamie, Meryl and the team on the purchase of our home. Tamie was very patient as she explained the home buying process to us. Although we had lots of questions, she never made us feel uncomfortable or that we should already know the answers. She took time to introduce by phone Meryl who was the next team member we worked with. Meryl handled the logistics and coordination of documents and pulling together what was needed to position us to secure a loan. She was equally amazing to work with, even when I had to call her back-to-back with clarification questions:). Our next stop was Leslie the Loan Processor. She was always polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. Her role was to prepare and submit our documents to the underwriter for approval. Our final stop was the closing which was doe at the lawyers office. The process went smoothly because of such a competent team that worked like a well oiled machine. It took about 30 days (give or take a few day) to complete the process. I would highly recommend this team!

  Tamie Platts Team was absolutely amazing!! We had an issue with USAA and an appraisal and they were going to take way to long to try and rectify the situation. When we contacted The Platts team Meryl stepped up real quick and was able to close my daughters home Loan in 25 days! Quite amazing. I would highly recommend the Tamie Platts team, they were very communicative and allowed this closing to happen without a hitch!

  Wow! The Tamie Platts team made buying a house such a breeze even in the crazy market! In this Seller’s Market, I've experienced horror stories but the team remained professional and personal!
