  In the last 16 years I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and it gets easier every time. I really wasn't in the market this time but was just curious to see if they had any year end deals. Christine got back to me immediately and I showed up later for the test drive and the car was warm and waiting. They knew I was just looking and they didn't put any pressure at all. The next day I called back and told them I wanted it and later that afternoon I picked it up. They had everything ready for me and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Their level of service was outstanding. They were both very knowledgeable and very helpful during the entire process. I highly recommend the dealership and specifically David Bush and Christine Peters!

  Jay Nauta was, (is) an exceptional Sales person. He was very polite, courteous, and extremely accommodating to us. We asked a lot of questions, about the Cadillac we were looking at. We test drove it several times, and each time we came he went out of his way to answer our questions, and to make sure we were satisfied. When the decision to buy the car was made, Jay made sure that the car was repaired, and parts replaced. He wanted to make sure we were pleased with the car. He is an outstanding sales person, and the best that I have encountered in years. He made a big, big impression on all of us. We are still smiling.

  There were no surprises and everything went quickly. We were in and out in less than 3 hours. David Bush was our salesman and was honest, very personable and made it a painless experience. We never felt pressured or pushed in any direction. Dale Wilson was our finance manager and was very nice and did a great job explaining the numbers, etc. Overall good experience.

  Just over a week ago I went to Hennessy Cadillac in search of a pre-owned vehicle to replace my beloved 2005 Chevy Suburban. I had been on the website and chosen several cars to select from. My salesman was Steve Johnson who put me right at ease and was a great source of information regarding each of my choices. He was very kind, patient, and understanding regarding my concerns and questions. No high pressure from him at all. In addition, a couple other team members David Patterson, and Ken Hinger were very helpful with their input and ensuring the process moved along nicely. Though I was not in the market for one of Hennessy's beautiful Cadillacs I was treated as though I was. I greatly appreciate being walked through the entire process so wonderfully. I highly recommend the Hennessy team whether you are looking for a gently used pre-owned vehicle or a brand new one. They will not disappoint!

  My car buying experience at Hennessy Cadillac was superb! Jay Nauta, my salesperson, is a true sales professional. Jay listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for me. Also, Jordan Woods, the Finance guy, was a pleasure to deal with and made the paperwork part of the process quick, easy and painless. I would definitely recommend buying a car at Hennessy Cadillac!!

  Hennessy Cadillac was a excellent experience Nigel and Mylon were excellent to work with ..i called Mylon spoke to her made the complete deal by phone and closed on my loan same day and drove away in the Escalade ! Top notch service ..easy quick and efficient ! Perfection !! Highly recommend this dealer!

  Buying my new caddy was a very smooth transaction. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful with any questions that I had. Also, I'm 55, and I'm not up to date with electronics, but my salesman Kurt Hunter was very patient with me, explaining how to use the many features on my new XT5. I have to say, I'm a satisfied customer.
