  We went to Acura Carland unsure of whether we wanted to purchase the 2019 MDX or RDX for my wife's birthday. We were approached by Omid the salesman, who introduced himself and after finding out what our dilemma, he proceeded to explain the pros and cons of both vehicles, cost differences and the Acura discounts. He then made both vehicles available for test drives and showed us all the available options, bells and whistles. We decided on the 2019 MDX and his assistance with the financing was very professional, with no pressure to commit. As a result we walked away with a beautiful car and my wife is very proud of her gift and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Omid and tell him Sam & Carrol send you. He has followed up with prompt response to all our calls and questions after the purchase.

  I really appreciate your customer service and the fact that you give out a loaner car for the convenience of your customers. Everyone is very polite and professional. I was a little disappointed that my MDX was not cleaned as promised this time. But overall, you guys are top notch

  I went knowing which car i wanted to look into purchasing. Shannon was amazing at send me info on the car via email right away and even answered some of my initial questions. The salesman was extremely personable and helpful in showing me the car. Another car (similar to the one I originally intended to look into) caught my eye, so i compared the two. Again, my salesman was accomodating and able to answer all of my questions with ease. He provided the CarFax for the new one, and as much detail as he had. During the negotiations, I felt like I was taken care of and listened to. I appreciate dealing with them and the confidence and ease they made me feel.

  If you are looking for a car, the best place to shop is Acura Carland on Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA. Bryan Nelson and Jeff Hacker were outstanding. They will find a car that you want, match your personality with a car if you prefer and above all they will work with your budget. Their GM Mauricio is another outstanding person. We have purchased four cars since September 2014 and on January 2016 we purchased two cars in a week. I recommend all my friends to this dealership because they take care of their clients and earn their business for life.

  I have now worked through the car buying process twice with the fine sales staff at Acura Carland and have found both occasions to be outstanding experiences. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership if I had a need for either a new or used vehicle. Acura Carland has a tremendous sales staff (ask for Kye Sun when you hit the lot) an accommodating and informative management team (Mr. Scoby was extremely helpful) and a rock star finance department (see Paul if you want a really great finance rate). These folks made our car buying experience an enjoyable process.

  Everything from when I called and made the service appt to when I picked up my car a few days later was amazing! Zack was a fabulous and informative service advisor, the young lady who set me up with a car to use was super love and friendly, the woman who answers the phones was friendly and even more so inside the service department, and the porter was sweet to help me with car seat! I live 80 miles away and would have no problem bringing my Acura back any day! The Honda dealership on Newnan just can’t comapre!
