  I've got nothing but good things to say about Bradley's. My first car, Joe was mildly concerned about some rust and was hesitant about letting it go. I wanted that particular vehicle,and needed one fast, so he showed me everything and let it go. I had a minor hiccup one time with a payment so I called Ron and he was super polite and understanding. A year later the rust became a big issue. Chris and Joe decided to get me right into another vehicle. I was in a pinch both times and Bradley's helped me out when no one else would. Having some credit issues Bradley's was a real life saver. I've dealt with four dealerships in my life and Bradley's has been the best experience so far. Thank you Joe, Chris, Ron, Amanda, and everyone else there for always being very professional, kind, and honest. I am very grateful. Not too many people go out their way to help you out and they did. I'm 3 cars deep with Joe Bradley. I can't say enough good things. He's a good man and has always worked with me and got me out of jams with my vehicles. The whole staff is super polite and interested in their customers. Thank you joe and staff. My newest truck I'm in love with. Been a long time since i loved my vehicle. It's buy here pay here bit from people who care. That goes a long way. Thanks joe and everyone else. Super grateful. And thanks for the tow that time joe. ;)

  When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. Then not even 2 minutes later, Kristen came over with the price sheets of all the inventory. Completely transparent. No hidden fees, no hidden agenda. Like buying from a friend. Kirsten was welcoming without being pushy at all.

  After reading some of the post on this site I felt compelled to post one of my own. My husband and I have purchased 3 different vehicles from Bradley Motors. The last one being very recent. We lived in NH for almost 25yrs and recently moved to Mass. When we were looking to purchase a used vehicle a few weeks ago we looked at dealerships in Mass. We ended up making the trip back to Bradley Motors in NH because it always comes back to us how honest Joe and the crew are there. We ve struggled in the past with payments after a layoff and they always worked with us so we didn t lose the vehicle. I read in another post here that someone felt that they paid too much for their car that they purchased there. That may seem true but how many places can you purchase a vehicle without interest tacked on? If you purchase a used vehicle somewhere else and finance it for 3 to 4yrs you ll end up paying just as much anyway. I think that everyone at Bradley Motors is right up front about any deal they make. The two vehicles that we purchased and paid off in the past lasted us several years after we paid them off. One of them we drove to Florida and back twice without any problems. Very reliable! We drove it well over 200k miles and it probably would still be running now if a family member didn t run over a curb and knock off the oil pan and continue to run it untill the oil ran out and the motor seized. We want to thank Joe and the whole Bradley Motors family for their help over the past 10 to15yrs. Paul + Doris B.

  Buyer beware. I've now fully paid off my care and have lived with it for a while so I feel I can post an honest and biased review. Pros: Bradley Motors has a flexible payment plan and will work with you if you're a few days late. If something goes wrong with your car they will fix it and let you do payments there to, this helped alot when my clutch died about a year in. The car I bought had high miles but it is solid and I've never run into engine issues that seem like they were directly caused by a shady mechanic Cons: Bradley Motors says they will recon your car and make sure it will pass inspection before releasing it to you. Here's where things get shady. I was sold the car with snow tires on it in July. the driver side door power switches had some issues rolling down the windows which was fixed but a retaining clip was broken in the process leaving this panel loose from day one. My first inspection was done through Bradley and to no surprise it passed without issue. My second inspection was a different story. I needed to replaced brakes, rotors, and calipers all the way around. At least two of the calipers were frozen and the mechanic whom I've had for years stated that it appeared someone topped of the brake fluid to cover up the low brake/frozen calipers. This was a year removed so this would be my word against theirs and clearly would go nowhere so I never bothered to pursue this. Towards the end of your payments they will try to get you into another car as well, just smile and decline, it can be tempting but seriously, don't get stuck in that never ending payment cycle. All in all, if you need a buy here pay here option these guys are pretty decent about getting you into a car quickly and painlessly. I would strongly recommend however the minute you drive your car off the lot to immediately head to a mechanic and have them really go through the car so you can hold Bradley Motors to their pass inspection guarantee. This is the mistake I made

  Hi Ben - I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier but I couldn't figure out who you were since your mother was the only one on the car loan and her last name was different. Luckily Amanda was able to figure it out so I could look into this. I'm sorry you had issues with the 2003 Pontiac Vibe. Our goal is to provide vehicles that don't require a lot of repairs by our customers. I'm not sure how many miles you put on the car before it needed brakes but according to our records you bought it on 3/24/12 with 108k miles and it had 126k miles on it when we inspected it on 12/31/12 for a difference of 18k miles in 9 months. That's an average of 2000 miles per month. If you averaged the same miles the next year you would've put an additional 24k miles on it by the time you needed another state inspection. That would mean you put approximately 42k miles on the vehicle before it needed brakes. I'm not sure if this is accurate, I'm just making an educated guess. If this is accurate, that would be a very good like expectancy for brakes. Typically they last between 25k - 30k miles. Also, I always encourage people to bring our cars to their own mechanics for inspection. We put a lot of money into our vehicles so our customers don't have to. I want people to feel confident with the vehicle they're purchasing. You were very good with your payments and I hope financing through us helped improve your credit.
