  I’m really excited about my purchase at good deeds. I purchased a 2018 15inch Mac book bro. I have been wanting one of these for at least over a year now and I haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet because they are $2500 brand new. I was able to purchase the Mac book bro which is in mint condition for $1650. It all happen by curiously walking in the store and being Greece’s by Moses. Happy with them.

  Good deed they use to be good but not some much anymore. There staff need better customer service training I ask if I could hear how a set of speakers sound like and a the employee told me "they don't do that it would be a waste of his time." he then told me "that they test everything and verify that it works and if it doesn't you can return it. " which I've had several times were stuff is broken when I get it home from there. There return policy is they have restocking fee which is BS. Also most of the time the stuff breaks after their return policy so then your stuck with broken stuff... Lastly there new layout is stupid if you want to look at anything it's behind a counter or in a glass case which is really annoying so you always have to talk to someone to look at stuff. Like I said this place use to be good but not anymore. Don't wast your time. I just go to Trade land now they have a way better selection and a much nicer staff.

  So this place is trying to sell a Oculus virtual reality headset with 68 GB for $258 when at GameStop you can buy an Oculus virtual reality set for $300 brand new and it's 128 GB seems like a rip off if you ask me

  Hi Kurtis, I'm really sorry about your experience with us at Goodeed Electronics. Are you sure you have the right business? We can only assume you're talking about the Oculus Quest 2, which we only have 1 of. Our like-new Oculus Quest 2 64gb is currently going for $230, not $258. If the item isn't purchased until November, the price will drop to around $200. On top of this, if you look at Gamestop's website, they have the 128GB version for $300 and the 64GB version for $400... we can only assume Gamestop is having a sale and you misinterpreted that as an MSRP price. About 90% of the items we sell at the stores are pre-owned. While you might think of us as "rip offs", we've been in business for over 20 years and have helped tens of thousands of customers find great discounts and deals to make items more affordable. As we are a local business with 2 locations, we really depend on accurate reviews to help us make more customers happy. We're disappointed you chose to leave a review instead of speak with us about your concerns, to which we could have explained a little more thoroughly on why the prices are the way they are. If you change your mind on the review, come in and speak with me (Arya) and I'll throw you another $10 off the Quest 2. Thanks for your Goodeed.

  This place is the best for selling electronics! I am a frequent customer and always try to get the most cash back for selling items and always compare this store to GameStop and they beat GameStop every time!
