      One star is too much for this awful bank. They used to be cool. Technically, they're not THAT bad as a credit union, but I highly suggest going elsewhere. 5 years ago this bank would have been a solid choice. Now, they have about half the hours they used to. Also, half the service. These clowns can't even cancel a recurring payment for me. Awful. The stale coffee doesn't make up for it anymore. These absolute wimps can't even handle a little snow, so they shut down in a blizzard. The St. Mary's I know wouldn't do that. Let alone how they increased the overdraft fees, or refuse to even open the stupid lobby. They're treating this change for the worse as change that is inevitable. I say we don't need their system. This bank has actually made me wonder if I need a bank account. They are this bad. You used to be cool. What happened?

      I started to build a checking account at this location because is close to home, I had a hiccup online so I had to go in , only to find out they only have an ATM inside by the tellers that will make obvious that there's no walk in ATM, so I don't have access to the account , unless I pay the fee the gas station charges. There's also no outside ATM, if u need cash drive thru is also only open during business hours . I don't usually leave bad reviews but common is almost 2022 some things at this age is unacceptable at least very inconvenient even if I had a vehicle the closest bank isn't worth driving to as it equals the same gas spent getting there and back $3.

      Full service credit union. Staff very pleasant. Drive up window with teller and drive up ATM. Handicapped accessible.

      They have always helped when needed . The only thing I wish is they had a outdoor atm . Other then that no complaints what so ever !
