  Had the best experience I have ever had since high school over 30 years and I had to have repairs due to an accident. Between Mike, the Insurance Company and Rental company I had no worries at all they kept me well informed. picked my car up today and it did not look like it was in an accident one small cover they are waiting on but that will not be in until June and then just phone call and they will snap it on. I do not recommend getting in an accident but this is the place to go.

  I can’t praise this shop enough, the estimate process was super easy and they worked directly with the insurance to get this done very quickly. I dropped the car off and was given a ride to get my rental. Car was in the shop for about 2 days and they had returned it looking brand new. They also washed and cleaned out the inside of my vehicle. I was not expecting that and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend you give this shop a call.

  The friendliness and responsiveness from the happy sounding people on the phone is really a pleasant rarity to experience these days. I was kept informed of the status of my accident repair, and was very pleased with the result. They even cleaned the inside of my car! A smooth, friendly and pro experience!

  I contacted this shop for car repairs, got a quote, dropped off my vehicle for a two day repair. On the day I was to pick up car I called to make sure it would be ready when I was told it wouldn't. Wait! Why didn't anyone call me? Well they didn't even touch my car after it sat there for two days. Mike told me over the phone there was damage to my hood. WHAT? I had a small dent on my fender. He told me the hood wouldn't close and he couldn't give me the car back. I drove over there during lunch and asked him to show me what he was talking about and he then said the hood was fine. (It should be it had nothing to do with why my car was there). Then he said I wasn't going to like it, but my car needed an entire new fender, but they had to order it and he didn't know when it would be in so I had them give me my car back since I need one to get to work. He then said he would order the fender and call me to let me know when we could have the work done and he graciously offered to have a rent a car there for me to use since I was already inconvenienced for two days. Anyway, can't help but feel like the story kept changing and here it is going on 3 days later and I still have not heard anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere just out of frustration. I cannot comment on the quality of their work because they did not work on my car. I am disappointed that I have to start all over and that I chose this place due to the good reviews.

  This repair shop was recommended by State Farm and they were fantastic to work with. From start to finish they were ultimate professionals. I was able to call and make an appointment. It took approximately 15 minutes from start to finish to get an estimate. They were able to schedule my actual repair for later that month. They also let me leave my rental car there and called Hertz to pick up my rental. Overall a fantastic experience.
