  Brad was great! He was able to answer any questions I had and break down the entire process in a very easy way to understand. The loan was funded earlier than expected. Him and his team were super friendly and on top of everything. He took take of any doubts and concerns I had about VA loans. Brad and his team made it simple and very time efficient.   The process is easy as they walk you through it from start to finish. Brad is knowledgeable and understands the appraisal process and is willing and able to help if/when an appeal is necessary. Brad will help the buyers agent if you are selling, not just you as his client. Brad takes things to a higher level making contact with the Agent on the other end of the deal to reassure them that the VA loan is as good and better than any other loan making a stronger case for a buyer in an extremely competitive market, giving you the extra edge you need.
