  Rick and his team are truly the best. Rick is kind, people-centered, trustworthy, and incredibly hard working. His team is professional, all are excellent communicators, and function together seamlessly. I ran into a HUGE snag with another mortgage professional and the home almost slipped through my fingers.   We've used Benchmark for two mortgages over the years and it was a great experience both times. They were available all the time for any questions I had and made the process of getting approval and closing on a house so easy. People complain about buying a house and how it's such a headache, but Rick's team made it so smooth and easy.

  Moving across the country and buying a home is always stressful but when you add in the pandemic, winter weather, and a compressed timeline the stress can feel overwhelming. Richard's team made sure that the financing of our new home didn't add to it and, in fact, significantly reduced the level of stress and concern. Great communication throughout. Took the time to listen to my goals and concerns but once we landed on a solution, his team took it from there. I've bought a number of homes around the country and Richard's team was easily the best and most thorough I've worked with.
