  We worked with Seth Vanderwey, and he is by far the epitome of a professional that any individual purchasing a home (whether it be a first timer or a veteran home buyer) would want to work with! He was very responsive, timely, honest, and was not at all "pushy" when it comes to purchasing. We felt that Seth was very professional discussing our families' financial status, and we felt that all of our goals, wants, and needs were met! Seth doesn't just want you to "buy a home" - he wants you to get the best for your money, help you make the right choices based upon your budget, and offers you all of the assistance he can to help you make a great judgement call with your mortgage. My favorite thing about the services he offered was that I could send him a list of 5 different homes that we were going to see the next day, and within a few hours Seth would send over a full write up of each home with a projected cash to close, monthly mortgage, current rates, tax expectations, and more. This allowed us to rule out any homes that exceeded where we wanted to be financially and focus on the homes that were more in our range - which ultimately saved us a TON of time in the long run! I highly recommend Seth for your home ownership needs!
