  We needed help finding someone who would finance our FHA loan and came across Riverbank Finance as a company who excelled in making loans happen. While reading the reviews and working with Andrew at Riverbank, it almost all seemed too good to be true! When our closing date was scheduled less than a month after our offer was accepted, we were still nervous that something might go wrong because it seemed almost too easy (especially in this market!) - BUT lo and behold, less than a month after our accepted offer, we've closed! The perfect house is ours and we are so happy! Thank you, Andrew and Riverbank Finance!

  Eric and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!!! The communication was fantastic and he walked us through every step of the home buying process.   Recently my wife and i decided to make a cross country move from Oregon to Michigan. We started looking at homes online and found quite a few that we were interesting, but the more excited we got, the more we realized we didn't know the first thing about home buying. So we did some research and it turns out it starts with a pre-approval. We started with an online outfit that provides these pre-approvals with other incentives and all that, and we were pre-approved in something like 30 seconds, with very little information given, which didn't sit right with my wife and I. so after a little more investigation we found that a "REAL" pre-approval is very much like an approval, you still need to provide all the right information, get the credit checks and financial evaluations, and the whole nine yards. This is when we found information for Riverbank Finance, and reached out to Tomas Frezghi. Tomas immediately took hold of our situation and quickly proved to be a valuable and trusted ally in our quest to find and purchase a dream home. He collected details, and went to work. Now at this point, having read many horror stories of home buying, my wife and i were prepared to be waiting for days, if not weeks, for even simple information or requests to come our way. That seemed to be a common element in the stories we had read. But that turned out to be a baseless concern. Tomas and the team at Riverbank Finance were not only professional, but prompt, courteous, and completely passionate about helping us achieve our dream. Tomas was not just easy to talk to, as he is super patient, and put us first. But i found his sense of humor to be absolutely refreshing. One might argue that this is not an important trait, but i would argue that it is perhaps one of the most important. As it shows that they are people that make human decisions and understand human concerns. Tomas and the RB team guided us through every step of the process, including sending us a real estate agent (Jordan Torrez of ReMax of Grand Rapids) who was also AAA+, and Steve from Gooseneck insurance, all of whom contributed to a home buying dream team. At the end of the day, we secured a beautiful home at an amazing price, with an outstanding interest rate. Whenever we are next in the market for real estate, Tomas will again be my starting point. And whenever my family and friends are in the market for the same, his will be the first name i suggest.   Andrew and Pammy were an amazing team! They made sure to return our calls promptly and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Buying a house is difficult at its best, but having these two to help us through it made the process all the more bearable and even a pleasure! We highly recommend Riverbank Finance!

  I cannot say enough about the professionalism and excellent service Damon Grosz and the staff at Riverbank Finance provided during our loan process. The loan closed in less than 30 days from start to finish, with Damon addressing anything that needed attention to keep the process moving forward.   Kelsey was great to work with throughout the entire process of buying our first home.
