  Benchmark Mortgage was amazing from start to finish. I had a Chapter 13 that had been discharged but I couldn't get my foot in the door to have someone listen, but Colin Quiney did. He took the time to listen, ask questions, and after getting all needed documents to him and his team I was approved. His team was professional and never made me feel inadequate which I already felt like going in. When I had questions I received the answers or reassurance when needed. I never felt like a number or my business wasn't important to them. Amazing is the word I keep using because they were, every step of the way. Even when I had my doubts they came back with reassurance and understanding. I would give them more than a 5 star rating if the option was there, they are the best.   Did not want to post my opinion til after our closing this afternoon. Everything, and I mean everything ,went super smooth. Not just the closing, but the application, communication and help from Josh, Linda and Colin. A painless refinance and will recommend them to everyone.
