      We had a surprisingly good experience purchasing a used Lexus IS 250. Rachael and Dean were very helpful and easy to deal with, and Mark was knowledgeable and expedient in taking care of financing for the deal. There was no pressure, and we would definitely consider this dealership for my next vehicle purchase. Two thumbs up.

      Most horrible experience ever!!!!! Drove 3 hours one way to meet a salesman for a Ram 3500 previously seen on the internet. Sale price of $52,670. I had a trade in that was a 16 Silverado 1500. They offered me $7,000 less then all competitors. Then proceeded to try and charge me again for spayin bed liner, running board, tint..... you get the picture. After 3 attempts of negotiation, they would not accept a fair offer of $59,000 otd. You do the math. The biggest case of bait and switch I've seen.

      I had an amazing experience here at Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Rick Aguilera was so wonderful! He was so personable and professional. Rick made me so comfortable and was so knowledgeable and took so much time to insure all of my questions were answered. I was involved in the entire process and was able to choose my terms. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I came in at 11:00am and left with my new car at 3:00pm!!! This experience was so fast and convenient. I'd like to mention Shannon with internet sales as well. She was Awesome and got me to travel all the way to Boerne from Marfa, TX and said I would be very well taken care of...and I was!       Edit - About an hour after posting this review I received a phone call from the General Manager. He was a pleasure to deal with and It seems they are making a significant effort to remedy the situation. They have agreed to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price and we have come to terms on shipping. I will update again after the sale has concluded and I have received the vehicle and the title. I feel completely deceived! I can't believe this type of predatory practice is even legal. I just want to pay the price that the vehicle is advertised for. I'm fine with state taxes, registration and a reasonable document fee. I am not fine with paying for additional equipment that I do not want or need. Please see below for details: I found a used vehicle on their lot that I am very interested in. I am located out of state, so before pursuing the vehicle in any way, I asked them to give me a quote on the price it would cost to have the vehicle delivered to me. The sales associate quoted me between $500 and $1200 for delivery of the vehicle. I asked what caused the differences in price, and she replied that it depended on the level of packaging. I was told it was $500 to have the vehicle shipped to me on a tow truck but it would be $1200 if I wanted the vehicle packaged in a wooden crate. I told her I would insure the vehicle before buying it and I was ok not having the car packaged in a container. I said I was interested in buying the car and she escalated my conversation to a sales manager. The sales manager asks me for a deposit on the vehicle. I tell him that I am unwilling to put a deposit down until I know what the final cost of the car will be. He directs me to the finance department. After refusing the extended warranty and gap insurance (the car has 10,500 miles and I am using a stated value insurance policy so there is no need for gap insurance) he tells me that I have to pay $999 for an APEX GPS tracker. I ask him to please remove it because I have no interest in purchasing the addon and he tells me it will cost me $999 in labor to remove the device. Then he goes on to tell me that I was misquoted for shipping the vehicle and the cost will be $2000. I am only trying to buy the vehicle for the advertised price. I told the sales manager I don't even want to haggle, I just want the price that was originally advertised on autotrader and for them to honor the original quote for the vehicle. They wont even send me an invoice itemizing the individual expenses for the vehicle. I have bought many used cars, some even out of state and I have never experienced such deception.

      I worked with Nghia Tran to trade my current car and buy my new one. He was excellent at keeping in touch to set an appointment and make sure the time still worked for me the day of. He made sure to answer all my questions and explain differences in the cars I was looking at. I never felt pressured during my time at the dealership and feel like I walked away with my perfect car!

      After relocating to San Antonio, TX the most difficult thing for me was to find a great Dodge Chrysler dealership. After a bad experience from a well know dealership AxxxxA that gave me the impression I required a new battery. With my suspension I went to Boerne Dealership for a second opinion. They advised me that my battery was fine and nothing required any changes. Jessica one of the Service Advisors was outstanding, professional and very integral. She's an exceptional communicator and made me feel that my situation was their concern and she would fix it. Jessica handled everything concerning my vehicle and fixed it. Also, not to mention she won my business. I would recommend Boerne to anyone based on the excellent service I received from Jessica and her team. Appreciate all your help.

      My experience with you all was awesome. Mark West attended me with respect, and is very enthusiastic at what he does. Never did I feel pressure nor rushed at all. If your planning to make a new purchase soon I recommend these guys. My local dealership in Laredo said I was out of my league. Boy did Boerne prove them wrong.
