  Haley (Financial Services Advisor) did a fantastic job of explaining my options for a used car loan. United Texas Credit Union went above and beyond in providing me a great used car interest rate and several warranty/GAP insurance options. Their ease of use and online doc signing made the process go much faster than I expected. I am a very satisfied customer and I know where I will go the next time I need a loan of any sort!

  New to the area, wanted a Credit Union to bank with. We found United Texas SA. Very friendly, easy to set up account. Looking forward to many years of banking. You definitely don't feel like a number. Would have rated a 5 Star if we'd of been able to get Debit cards right away, took about a week, same for checks. But all doable. Update Sept 2021 4 years later We continue doing business with United Texas Credit Union due to their friendly staff! Not a big fan of the lobby remodel or that they are no longer open on Saturdays. But the staff makes up for some of the short comings. Never had any type of banking issue and that please us greatly. Thanks to the staff for always being pleasant and smiling!

  Recently relocated to TX from IL. Chose this CU as close to my new home. EVERYONE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY and patient as could be with this ol senior! Made this stressful time SO much better!

  United Texas CU has the most helpful and caring employees! Linda Hare, Senior Teller, went above and beyond to help us out, even staying after hours to make sure we got the help and answers we needed. Customer service rep, Noemy, was able to answer my questions and help me solve issues with my account. I am happy to be a member of such an amazing bank.

  Cassandra was amazing from start to finish in getting my loan done, plus nobody could beat the United SA FCU rate!! I appreciate that she got me all set up to draft my payment each month too so it is just a very seamless, easy process for me!

  I went to United SA last year when my family decided to purchase an RV. I needed to open a business account for myself, and it was natural that I would go back to Cassandra Moreau and United SA. They take great care of their customers, and I will go back again as soon as I need another account. Maybe we'll get a boat next!

  I worked with Kris Boiles then Casandra at the closing of the loan. Kris was able to get a lower rate and went above and beyond what was anticipated or expected. I went to the local office to sign the papers which was very convenient for me. It was a good experience all in all.
