  We immediately knew we were in good hands when Nick took the time to explain his processes and why his company was a better choice than other providers like USAA. Everyone is super friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Their process was easy to understand and follow along with as things progressed. We were always personally reached out to when something was needed to continue our loan processing. I will not only recommend this team to anyone looking for a mortgage lender but will be using their services again.

  Leon and his team made it very easy. I'm not tech savvy, Leon let me turn in paperwork in person. NRL mortgage did all the work necessary to help me with my refinance. If I didn't understand something I would ask questions and they always were very patient helping me with the process. I felt all my questions were answered professionally and they made sure I understood anything I might have been understanding. I would work with Leon and his team in the future. I will recommend them to others who are looking for a friendly, easy process for all their mortgage needs.

  You work VERY hard to make the process as painless and efficient as possible. Keith was so gracious and answered every question with great patience in repeatedly explaining the processes and procedures. Keith was very punctual with his timing and in returned phone calls immediately. We live in Oregon and are moving to Texas. Keith answered our calls, which were late for us, so it was really late for him (sorry Keith). The greatest part of working with NRL Mortgage is the hospitality. Keith was always kind and gentle in EVERY interaction with us. Thank you! 😊

  Nick and his team were amazing from start to finish. They helped us, as first time homebuyers, understand the process, and walked us through all of the ins and out of financing, including different strategies to get us the best rate and outcome. They were fantastic at communicating with us frequently to make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. We felt supported and comfortable enough to reach out and ask any questions throughout the process. I can’t recommend Nick and his team enough. They made our first time buyers experience a walk in the park.

  Nick and team were no nonsense, putting the numbers up front, and they didn't try to push us in any direction. They weren't sales-y, they were on our side the whole way. Nick and team are great problem solvers and helped us to figure out ways to accomplish our goals that we would otherwise not have accomplished. Friendly and very responsive communications. The step-by-step explanations and videos of the process helped to make accessible very complicated information. Previous experiences with other lenders had been miserable. Not with NRL. Nick and his team are so good that they make the whole experience positive and inspirational—as it should be!

  From start to finish, Keith and his team were great. They worked with me all the way from another country while I was deployed and were able to guide me in order to get all of the information they needed from me. Keith worked hard get me prequalified and then actually qualified for the VA loan that was going to cover the cost of the house that I chose all without ever meeting me in person and communicating with me through text through the first part of the process. Even when I backed out of the first house that I picked due to unforeseen circumstances he worked hard to redo the process with my second choice house. This is a great company and I would recommend Keith to everyone.

  Nick Drake and his team at NRL Mortgage did a phenomenal job taking care of our mortgage when we purchased this home just over a year ago, as well as our recent refinance! I am, and always will be a return customer of NRL! This team works countless hours to make sure we meet closing dates, is always available to answer any questions we have, and always looking out for our best interest. It is the best feeling to sit down with a lender and know that the most important thing to them, is making sure we are making a good financial decision, and not the dollar going into their pockets.
