  All questions answered promptly and cordially. Adapted to both seller's and buyer's changing schedule. Handled unanticipated bank issue that arose a couple of hours before closing with aplomb. This is my second settlement - I chose them because they did so well with the first - and I was completely satisfied.

  I have closed on 5 Properties with in a 6 month period using 3 different title companies. Blue Ink was by far the best prepared, fastest and nicest people to work with. They were able to get my paperwork done in a professional and timely manner and go out of there way to do it. Other title companies that I had dealt with in Front Royal did not get my paperwork back to me for 20-30 days after closing. Blue Ink had it back within 1-2 days.Jennifer and Jane of Blue Ink were even able to get me a paper copy of a previous title insurance policy that had to be recovered from a out of business title company I had thought I would never get back, from years before. I would definitely rate them far superior over any other title company in Front Royal. They know what they are doing and how to do it right.
