  Lame title company. No update for the upcoming closing. Everytime I had re remind them for every other step. No body seem responsible enough. I was disappointed. Even though I requested to update me (by a phone call) once they go over the singed paper work to make sure they all was correct. They never did, instead hanging up on my phone and sending to voice mail.

  Mr. White, I believe you may have the wrong title company. There is another title company located in Radford, VA with a very similar name. I have searched our system and your name does not appear anywhere. I've also ask our staff if they remember speaking with you and no one is familiar with your name. Please provide the property address to me via email [email protected] to completely 100% verify you have the correct title company. We take our reviews seriously and want to resolve any complaints immediately. If you do have the incorrect title company please kindly remove this review.

  Awful, incompetent, non-compliant. This title company has been nothing short of terrible throughout the entire process of selling my home. They neglected to contact my attorney regarding closing, neglected to send out documentation and we are going on 6 days since closing and they have yet to file and disperse funds. BEWARE. DO NOT use this company.
