  Imagine my dismay today when I arrived to make a big deposit and the sign said "This branch is closed. Go to your nearest branch 25 miles away in Front Royal. Sorry for the inconvenience." My inconvenience is going to result in my pulling all my money out sooner than later and doing all of my transactions at a better bank. Because this one STINKS.

  Lauren is the best she worked hard an got me a great loan to help.me with my credit card debt very satisfied with the service at the frontroyal branch if an when I need help again.i will be checking with this bank an see if they can help

  Tony is such a sweet young lady. I love seeing her smiling face when I go to the bank. Tony and Joe are both very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their customers get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible and ALWAYS have a smile on their face. My father and sister also bank here and have nothing but positive things to say. Makes banking with Atlantic a breeze. I highly recommend this bank. Thankyou for your amazing service as always.   I've banked here since before they were Union. The staff are very nice and helpful with many banking options. Highly recommend!

  I have other banks but Alantic is one I use for my business and personal, they are always friendly and know all their customers. I went inside for help today and everyone there was helping, and I mean everyone tellers and management. Thank you and y'all have a customer for life

  It was a Customer Atlantic union bank for many years they provide great customer service and the staff is commanded to seethat the customers get the best banking service

  I have never been in a more friendly bank. As soon as I walk in, every teller greets me by name, I never have a problem with any business that I am doing and there is never a wait because there is always someone to help you. What a wonderfully amazing place to do banking. So glad I took the chance on them a year or so ago when I moved here.

  You would think that their customer service would be better being a smaller bank, but that would be incorrect. Was shopping for rates on a loan and I kept getting put on hold and left there. Figuring it was a simple oops that I got swallowed up in the black hole the first time I called again and again was left on hold. Decided to go somewhere else for my banking needs.

  I had gone into union bank trying to get a loan for schooling at lfcc, and after i had gotten all my paperwork filled out i was told that it would be a few days before i got an answer to whether i was approved, i never received any phone call about the status of my loan and now its been well over 2 montjs
