      Clerk told me there's only two options to withdraw money and both have a fee attached to them. I'm left to believe they receive commission on tricking customers. This was definitely the catalyst for me switching banks and my only regret was not leaving sooner.

      I was witness to racial profiling in the bank and I was helpless to do anything about it. I'm writing this review not out of spite but because I want people to know the people there just look at your clothing and the color of your skin and judge you a criminal. My father asked why they had to take his information down including his picture and they just ignored him. He was just trying to cash a check. He is a mechanic and they were just cruel. I'm going to be closing my account because that is all you can do. God bless.

      Just got off the phone with a banker her name was Rachael. She was amazing at explaining something to me that I was so confused about. Took her time and didn't get frustrated with me.
