  For All human being, people who has a conscience to know about this company how they cheated their customer. God witness at US we started working with them since 2014 of may every month we've been doing over 200k freight bills and everything was ok until for some reason we could not renew our company insurance at all even we tried with bibby's office themself to solve it and we lost everything authority, business plus reserved money which they suppose to give us back they never told us if we lose business we will get charge either , i will post what ever they sent it to me so all people can judge and know about those human being before anyone will deal with them (Tammy Jones , Barbara Fort , Mary Ann Hudson) WE ARE COPYING WHAT EVER THEY SENT US AT THE END OF CONVERSATION from THEM thank you for your time be aware about them please your original contract that shows the guaranteed monthly minimum of $150K and your credit facility of $500K (highlighted for you in yellow). Also attached is the amendment signed on 01/15/15. I have highlighted the term for you in yellow of 12 months. So Bibby Transportation Finance could charge 5% of your credit facility of $500K which equals $25K in termination or we can charge you the shortfall fee for the months you didn’t meet the minimum of $150K for the remainder of your contract which totals $14,277.08. The reserves currently left on the account would go towards these termination penalties.
