  I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Becky and her team. This was not like me just buying a house it was like we all were buying this house. They worked with me talked with me and made sure I understood the process every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Becky and her team to anyone looking to buy property. Becky reached out to me even after the closing to make sure I was enjoying my new house, I mean she made the experience not only business but personal.   Becky is absolutely amazing at what she does. We were having a hard time getting approved for a mortgage through banks and our realtor sent me Becky's way. We were able to chat and go over some numbers and Becky found a away for us to get approved and we just moved into our perfect home!! I will recommend her to anyone I know who is trying to get a mortgage loan! She always answered all of our questions, made sure we understood everything, and never once left us hanging. She truly is a miracle worker.

  We could not be happier working with Becky and her team. We just closed on our dream home and were incredibly impressed with their communication, clarity, and endlessly working to get us the lowest closing costs and interest rate possible. At closing our lawyer even commented that he had never seen such an efficient lender. Not only are Becky and Shari amazing at what they do but they also truly cared about our family which was just such a gift through out the stress of a home buying process. We will always be grateful to them and all they did to go above and beyond for us.

  This is a truly real review. Becky and her team ,from the beginning were knowledgeable and patient with me and my family to get the home we have now! It took some months of fixing my grandparents credit a bit and other long steps ,but in the end it was worth it . I wanted a safer neighborhood for my family to live out theirs days and wasn't sure how i would make that work. Although I was losing faith in doing so, Becky and Rick NEVER gave up on us. Because I can tell you now, there was plenty of difficult times. But the way this company worked with us, our realtor and lawyer, we always got back on track. One thing that was greatly appreciated was that they searched and searched until they found the PERFECT lender that would accept us based on one of my grandparents credit being not so good. But with all of Becky's suggested it went marvelous and now my grandparent credit score is still rising! She is very knowledgeable on guiding you through the step to get that credit good for the lenders for sure (No, that cannot fix your credit). So, i truly thank her and those at Market Place Mortgage Corp for their time and dedication to us. We love our new home!

  I can not begin to explain how amazing it was to work with Becky, Chad, and Rick. From start to finish they were there to help me throughout the whole process. I decided to take a chance and see if I could get approved for purchasing my very first home. I came across Becky’s contact info. Called and within a day I received a call back. This being my first time I didn’t know what to ask or where to start and Becky stepped right in and helped me understand my options and what needed to be done to start the process. Their communication with me was superd. They made me feel comfortable asking all my questions. (And I definitely ask a lot!)
