  I had a pleasure working with Richard Williams on the mortgage for my house purchase. I really appreciated Richard and his team being honest, open and straightforward. There were some challenges during this process, but Richard kept me informed, educated me on my options and we were able to close on my house.   I have used Marketplace mortgage 3 times now, and will never go to anyone else! They are GREAT! They work so hard for you to get you what you need. They are kind and patient. Gavin, Sonia, and Carmela are a great team! Use them you won't be sorry, you will return to use them again and again. Highly recommend them

  Things got a bit chaotic back in March trying to close on a home in the midst of a global pandemic, but Gavin and his team stayed the course and kept ALL of their promises. They also beat the pants off of competitors quotes to put my wife in a great situation as first time homeowners. Trusting a mortgage lender didn't come naturally to me, but Gavin earned high praise in my book and I'd highly recommend.

  1st and foremost my review is past due but I had to take a moment and post this. My husband and I started out with Gavin knowing that we were walking COMPLETELY by faith. Reaching for what God had promised us versus what our credit and a previous Mortgage Officer told us...it didn't look as good as we would have liked. God sent us Gavin. He took the time to thoroughly explain, review(as many times as we needed) he has the patience of Job 😆 anything we needed. He had wisdom and guidance to get us to our ultimate goal. He was responsive with emails and phone calls as well as texts. We could not have asked for a better person to navigate our dream of moving our children to a better neighborhood and larger home. If you're having second thoughts, DONT. Just keep pressing toward your goal and with God and Gavin...you'll arrive at your destination "New Home" in no time!   After comparing rates and fees with 4 or 5 different lenders, including big banks and online companies, I decided to go with Market Place Mortgage for my mortgage on my new home. They offered the best rates out of all the companies I contacted and they were aggressive with the amount of lender credits they were able to provide. Gavin, my broker, was very knowledgeable and ensured that everything went as smooth as possible, in addition to all of the office staff being on point, which was important because I had to close in 30 days.

  We had a very "hard to do" mortgage situation. No others companies would even look seriously at our parameters. Gavin Beal is one of the (if not THE) best in the mortgage business...period ! He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, and can help you get the home you desire. Gavin is the consummate professional and employs a very high level of integrity, due diligence, compassion and works tirelessly for his clients.
