  I filled out my application and got a call the next morning, they are so helpful and got me a loan even with my less than perfect credit! I am so pleased and very happy with the service! I recommend everyone giving them a try, they really do help!

  Great customer service very knowledgeable and helpful. Policy was specific to my needs. 21. Stores always nice and clean, friendly customer service always helping. Ask for Lori. She communicates effectively and is always nice.

  Lori at the e. State branch in rockford, IL was amazing, she made the process very easy and quick! The branch was very busy and employee's seemed anxious to ensure everyone was taken care of promptly! I would definitely recommend if ur in need of emergency funds and want a easy process and friendly staff!

  Great customer service. Very nice and polite staff. I have worked with them the past few years for odds and ends and I have never been dissatisfied. Would highly recommend—in fact, this place was recommended to me by someone who came here in the past.
