  every time I think I am getting anywhere with my claim the claim representative just disappears. later on I find out that the rep I was working with got fired. this claim is going on over a year. will definitely look for a better company.

  My son had a fender bender accident at the Crown Burger parking lot. I called Bear River to report the accident. I spoke with Soloman and he was super professional and handled everything without any stress on both sides. What I did is wrote down all the informations on a Piece of papers and texted to his cell and then he help me prepare process the claim for the other person . I love Bear River because they always respond very quickly and give me all the good advices on any questions that have. They are the BEST insurance company that you must use to protect your family. 💕💕

  At the start, they were clear and helpful after a no-fault accident (tire from an unknown vehicle hit my car doing 70 on the freeway at night). They however seem unorganized and failed to tell me my adjuster changed or PIP was exhausted until I contacted them, trying to make sure everything was in order before continuing treatment for injuries as a result of the accident.

  I have hear horror stories about what would happen if I ever had a claim with Bear River. To the contrary, they exceeded every expectation I could have and they were very helpful and made the whole process less stressful. I am happy that my coverage was sufficient and Bear River had my back.

  I was in an accident and the other car was at fault. I was in need of a rental car while mine was getting fixed and bear river took care of everything. They were so quick and efficient and so pleasant to work with! I am so glad we switched to them!!!
