  Mark and his team were great to work with. We had to get the loan processed quickly and I am a first time home buyer. They made it so easy for me to ask questions and walked me through everything that needed to happen. By the time we closed, I was very comfortable with the loan and felt like I understood what I needed to. I never felt like I was being duped and I always felt comfortable with them.

  Mark, Jenny, and Rachel are an amazing team. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and working with them has been the absolute best experience I've ever had with a mortgage company!! They were 100% engaged throughout the whole process - nights, weekends, whatever it took. At one point, it looked as though I was going to lose the house and the loan...and they sprung into action. When they took the time to help me maneuver a completely different direction, I was blown away. Their customer service and genuine concern was always evident.   We had a great experience refinancing through the Mary Moyes Team! They were great with keeping us up to date on the process and were always very responsive. Despite the low rates causing them to be very busy they always took the time to explain things and walk us through the process.   My wife and I recommend Mark for handling your loan refinance. He is very friendly and professional. He helped us at every part of the process, responded quickly to our questions, provided consistent communication, and kept us updated from start to finish. I’ve been through the refinance process before, but this has been the best experience I’ve had with how easily and smoothly the whole process went.

  I've worked with Mark on a home refinance and he's very thorough in explaining the process, setting expectations, and keeping me updated. The team is great to work with. They were on top of things. Mark did his best to get me the best deal and interest rate possible and I appreciated it. My only feedback is they should consider using/contracting different appraisal companies because I was not satisfied with the value the appraiser assigned to my house. I totally understand that factor maybe totally out of Intercap's control but they should consider it. I had an appraisal from a different company house was appraised for 13k more than their appraiser, which made a considerable difference in my home LTV ratio. I ended up working with another lender because of a personal reason I won't explain here, but I would refer Intercap Lending!
