  Where do I start!?! Jason and his team are incredible!!! We just closed on our first home on December 14th, and we chose Intercap Lending because they were communicative and honest from day 1. We shopped around as recommended, but Jason was the only one who truly took the time to patiently answer our questions and concerns. The moment we got on the phone with him he was very proficient and knowledgeable, which made us confident we had the right lender. His team got back to us quickly and was always kind and professional. I must give praise and a huge thank you directly to our amazing processor Eva!! I am all about customer service, and she was over and beyond the best! Even though I can overcomplicate things, she made every step of the process seamless and with sincerity. Eva is friendly, patient, communicative, and quick to assisting with grace when we had questions or concerns along the way. It was so great to work with her. Thank you so much Jason, Eva, and anyone else in your team who helped to get us into our home! We seriously got the best of the best! 😊

  I thought Jason and his team did a great job with my refinance. The thing that I was impressed with the most was communication. They kept me in the loop during every phase of the loan. If I had a question they responded promptly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
