  This was my second time working with Brad. He and Suzanne are a great team and make the experience quite easy and seamless. He even let me know he lowered my rate after the initial quote. Always prompt with response. Love the online portal to upload all needed documents. Would highly recommend.

  I have lived in the same home for 25 years and decided to sell. After listing and preparing to buy, my realtor recommended Brad for funding. I'm very glad she did. With all the other things to worry about Brad is very knowledgeable about rates and what might be happening. He gave very sound advice and seems to love what he does very much. I quickly learned that I didn't need to worry about what was going on with the loan aspect, as Brad kept on it and always kept me informed.   Brad is a fantastic mortgage broker. I've used him many times--he always makes sure he understands my needs, educates me on my options, then recommends the one he thinks is best. I've used other mortgage brokers in the past and have experienced late-loan drama, but never with Brad. He and his team are on top of every detail and have always taken great care of me. There's so much more than just finding a great interest rate (Brad's are always very competitive)--he's a true professional who will take great care of you.

  I just bought my first home and couldn't believe how easy it was to work with Brad. I have always heard how difficult and complicated the mortgage process can be, but my experience could not have been any simpler. Brad helped explain every step of the process (I had a lot to learn), and always followed up to make sure I got the right documents submitted on time. An update, 5 years later: I just refinanced with Brad to take advantage of lower interest rates, and it was just as easy as the first time!

  Brad and his team are second to none!   From the first conversation that I had with Brad at Veritas Funding to the loan closing, I was so impressed with Brad's attentiveness to my home loan. He offered great financial advice on top of just what I would expect a loan officer (and team) to do. I had heard horror stories about the mountains and mountains of paperwork required by lenders, but Brad and his team were wonderful to work with. Quick responses, short list of documentation. He and his Team (Suzanne, etal) were on the ball!. I would totally reccomend using Brad and Veritas Funding!!
