  Working with Mike has been great. He helped us when we purchased and when we refinanced our current home and was able to get us a fantastic interest rate each time. Update: my wife and I did a second refinance with Mike at Intercap for an even lower interest rate and it was incredibly smooth. Would recommend anyone to check him out and see what he can do for you.
