  Ask for Melissa!! She helped us with our first mortgage years back, and just worked with us again recently on our refinance, and she was amazing both times! Both times we worked with her she really did her best to make sure we got the most out of our loan and understood everything that was happening along the way.

  I had a great experience recently purchasing my first home with Melissa and her team at Bay Equity Home Loans. They were great and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question about anything and everything went very seamless. I've heard some bad stories from friends and family when they purchased their homes, so I was kind of expecting to have the same troubles myself. My experience with Bay Equity was the complete opposite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anybody.

  I used Edwardo Padron as my mortgage loan officer. He was always responsive and very quick with getting information back to you. He explained things very well and would give you all the numbers that you needed to know. He was very easy to schedule times to meet and was super accommodating. I highly recommend him if you need to start getting numbers for a home and going through that entire process. You won’t regret reaching out.
