  I took my truck in for an oil change on July 19th and was told only two technicians were available and it would be at least a 4 hour wait. They said to come back early in the morning so I did. I arrived at 0645 and was first in line. They took my truck back and it took them 90 minutes for the works package. I have used this business since I moved to BA in 2011 and the quality of the Quick Lane has greatly diminished. Might be time to try another venue.

  Over pricing partswent in to get a rim for my 2020 ranger price was around $1100-$1200 i can get the same rim brand new for under$300

  Went on Saturday...took 5 hours to get an oil change.... For people who work during their M-F hours, perhaps a change should be considered 🤔

  Second time coming here. Bought my car at Matthews Ford and they gave me a complimentary car service. So now they schedule me when my car needs service and it has been great.

  Never had the opportunity to take my car in for service at this dealership. I thought since I bought my car there I would get it serviced there but for some reason it's always two months out. Not certain why other dealerships are same day service except this one. Ford also charges you 100$ to take your car to another ford dealership on warranty issues. Sucks.

  It was a long wait which I was not made aware of before I came in. After I showed up I was told it would be a while, which I was fine with. But, there was oil spilled under the hood of my car. It now stinks each time I turn on my air. Guy who changed the oil also tracked oil inside my car. One of the guys from front desk had to come out and clean it up. Not the best service.

  The people in the Quick Lube are excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the speed and value I get every time I need preventive maintenance done on my vehicle.

  Went in for oil change and brake fluid flush. I was reminded that the car was past due for transmission and coolant flush also. Got it all done in two hours. Everything is good to 100k miles.
