I've came to the drive through twice before and had to leave or i would have been late to work, I'm here again for a 3rd try and I'm left waiting over 20 minutes in a lane that HAS NOT moved. this is by far the worst bank experience i have ever experienced. Frost bank would never!

Hank Harrison2Follow Up - after reading my review someone from Bank of America responded that I should go to their Twitter or Facebook page and ask for help. He posted a link. Y'all see what I mean? I can't imagine the types of reviews I would get if that's how I dealt with customer service. I'm not impressed. At all. - - - original review - - - I've been coming here for years and the teller staff is so nice but I just can't take it anymore. I've wasted so much unnecessary time standing in line or being redirected or waiting on the manager or told to go to the app or website, I can't help posting a review. This place needs to improve. This place seriously needs new management or if their manager is being restricted from adequately staffing the counters, they need those restrictions lifted so they can better manage this place. Its a new year and for me, it might have to be a new bank. Very poor management. Get used to that view in the picture. Drive thru isnt any better.

Rosie Ramos1If I could give them a negative star I would. They take forever, only have one teller working and if you have multiple commercial deposits expect to get told to wait while they help the others behind you. Horrible service, had to wait about 45 minutes for my deposits to be done.

Ricardo Bautista2They hold ur check for one day upon deposit I've argue with one of the lady in there and she said they dont hold ur check but if that was the case then I can go and cash my check without any problem or deposit it and use the same day instead of waiting the next day for it

Ernesto Orozco1Upon walking into physical location, the location quickly pushes to call customer service line or go through online banking. Very limited appointments. The relevance of brick and mortar location appears to be close to none and have workers actively pushing people out of location. Curious to see how they are not actively working for their own eventual layoff due to online banking being the only answer to customers problems. No option for replacement cards in store with expectation to go completely digital where over half the places I shop don't accept Apple pay. Foresee switching banks soon.

Kenny Amado1Update- really you sent the eff off link!?! Great way to deal with your long time customer. 1000% unimpressed. No wonder your branch has a 2.2 star rating. Almost every single review is negative and about how shapeless you treat your customers. BOA can kiss me 6" below my belt buckle Absolutely thr worst location ever. 100% disorganized and the little hootchie they have greeting people, you can tell they found her at the greenwood Walmart. She was ghetto, rude, and dismissive. I walked in stood in line. She greets the lady infront of me. Looks at me and walks away. I notice the line is for the tellers. Im there to replace my card. I stand to the side. 3 more pple walk in. After waiting 25 mins. Watching her just sit at a desk in the back doing nothing. She greets the 3 people in line and ignores me again. So I speak up. I ask for help. She looks at me like I am garbage. Says sir we are too busy we will get with you when we can. Excuse me? You greeted people that walked in after me. Wth! Never again will i set foot in that branch.you need to fire that little witch

Bree Alexis1I waited for my deposit receipt for over an hour and I got there around 10 :10 am didn’t leave till 11:55am! I got back slip and time said they submitted at 11:10 am. I was very upset to see people driving up and leaving after I was already there waiting on receipt to be given to me . I feel like they forgot about me and when I was pressing the button they wouldn’t respond . Very unprofessional . Teller was 00901and I can’t wait till the staples bank is back open cause at least they tend to you and don’t ignore you for a whole hour .

ki1ng1There’s always an hour long line and they will “accidentally” hold your deposits until you overdraft, and they won’t let you turn off recurring payments but they will charge you an extra $35 for it.
