Dan McDonald3Went in for a warranty repair and it was fixed same day. However was told that my powersteering and brake fluid needed to be replaced and Jeep was getting strict about not covering warranty work if maintenance schedules were not followed. I let the change the fluids (maybe they needed I don't know for sure) but there was no maintenance schedule required for these fluids. Felt like I was played like a cheap fiddle for $300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roxie K5This service department just earned a lifetime customer as long as Gabe is there! My truck had been stolen a few months back and I took my truck here to have the old keys removed (the thief still had a key and I somehow lost the spare at home) and two new keys programmed. Some time went by and my kids managed to find the key lost in our home. No big deal, it shouldn’t work because the dealership removed it from the system, right? Wrong. It still worked which means the other original key still worked. I called back and got in touch with Gabe who spoke to the service manager and master tech on how to fix the issue. They had me bring my truck back where they deleted all they keys (including the two new ones they made) and programmed a new one on top of completely filling my gas tank (truck was basically on E and not cheap to fill) for the inconvenience! Did I mention they decided to stay late to get it all taken care of right then and there? Thank you, Gabe. You took one of the worst events of my year and turned it around. To the people who pay Gabe, he deserves a raise or maybe extra paid vacation time possibly even a bonus. I know he just fixed his previous mistake but what really shocked me (after having worked for a different CDJR dealership not too far from this one) no one argued with me. They just said “yup we messed up, we’re going to fix it” and they did. Thank you again!

Christopher Minnihan3When I originally showed up for a 21 Ram for 0 percent. I was informed that the ram was no longer on the lot and it was sold. So they got me into a 22 which i love but the lowest rate they could get me was 1.9 which still not bad.. the problem I have is that when I bought my truck it was immediately removed from listing while that 21 was still online... I feel lied too, secondly the website does not list gulf coast package on the pricing online so it is misleading and they do not go based off the price online. They add this package when it arrives on their lotand charge you when you get your vehicle and it's not included on the price online. I had to show the sales guy the online price cause he tried to charge me higher just for the vehicle. Definitely misleading and upsetting. Otherwise finance was phenomenal at their job and explaining, and definitely friendly staff. Again, the issue I had which brought down this rating was due to what I said above, misleading, lied to, and definitely feel ripped off. If it sold it sold, but it's still listed online.

Terry Nicholson5Caliper collision didn’t know what they was doing so I took it to the dealer and they fount that the hub bearing was bad so replaced both from hub bearing and I am very happy that they got my truck fixed right the first time job well done for sure
