  The managers name is Nathan. He got involved with my account( some lowlifes stole my atm card and I. D. ). Veronica was helpful also. My account is back to normal currently. Although I was out of town during the above mentioned hiest, I was able to hand write PenFed a letter explaining the transaction s in question weren't me. And if they would lock my account. They completely ignored my letters and the perpetrators continued to pilfer my accounts for three months. Then when I returned home was treated to accusing like questions. The perps were never caught nor questioned. The only reason I stay at this credit union is bc I think my checks will be delayed. I live on a fixed income and haven't caught up with the damage done two years ago. My advice? Seek to do business elsewhere.

  Staff is amazing!! Made everything super simple after previously dealing with huge headaches from hours spent trying to finance thru auto dealers...Gricelda was perfect...walked me thru the entire process in a matter of minutes and had me in my new car within hours.

  Me and my two children use penfed and customer service has always been 5 star... The staples location is outstanding, Manager, and ladies working there thank you for paying attention to detail.

  I have been a member of the Pentagon Federal Credit Union since 1979. All but one of my vehicles have been financed by Penfed. I find in most cases the majority of the Reps that I have discussed my issues with have been very knowledgeable about the services that I was seeking. That is why I have remained a member all these years and will continue to be a member.

  Best organization to do business with. They are large enough to do large loans but treat you as if they were small...very personal service and they look for ways to meet your needs!

  When I first opened a account with PenFed I had a low credit score. PenFed got me my first personal loan and helped me raise my score over a 700. I now have a credit card with $4500 limit and a brand new 2019 Chevy Traverse. I'm now in the process of getting my first home. I definitely recommend PenFed credit union . They are always there for me when I need them the staff is very helpful and friendly 😊

  They require a call back from a credit analyst when completing a credit card application. With the sophistication of hackers and robot calls, this is considered unsafe practice and may place my credit to risk. I would not recommend this institution until their procedures are updated.

  I would recommend PenFed to anyone reading this review. If you consider dealing with PenFed, ask for Lupita at the CC, TX Staple branch. Customer service was 10 out of 10 not to mention she was very polite and sweet!

  I love this credit union very pleasant, professional staff. I've been with them for approximately 3 years never had any problems, 😊😇 I would recommend to all my friends and family.
