  Very unprofessional. The day I went their were very unprofessional workers. They let their personal life get in between their work and take it out on the customers which is not good at all. I will never go to this one again Also can't wait to speak to someone over the manager that was there.

  Service is awesome!! I went in looking for video games and I was surprised with how much great inventory this store has. It’s one of those, you go in for one thing and leave with 5. It’s really awesome the fact that management remembers me and knows me by name. Tommy runs a great store and I am definitely going to continue to shop here.

  This has by far been the best pawn shop to shop for literally anything of value. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable to what they are selling. Great deals and the store is clean.

  Everytime I need to pawn an item or browsing for new treasures I come to First Cash Pawn. Not only do they offer the greatest prices but I can trust them without a doubt. I am always treated with the most respect the moment I walk in the doors. I won't go anywhere else and haven't for the past 3yrs. Thanks again Tommy Acuna for your loyal service over these years!

  Place is great and Tommy is the best, but I just wish they would take debit cards to extend a loan I have back problems and a drop foot and struggle just to get out of the house sometimes.. If they took debit cards I could just call a payment in without having to struggle to get out to go to the bank and then with them; I don't want to lose my stuff.

  Jamie the assistant manager was super nice and helpful. I went in looking for a PlayStation & an iPad. She was able to get me both for a great price. Definitely recommend and the staff is super nice and friendly.

  Great service love the staff super nice most definitely going to make this the first pawn shop I go to. To buy stuff got my husband's and I our wedding rings here and we love them ❤

  Up until today, I was a regular. Adrianna has no business being a pawnbroker, let alone an assistant manager. I called about my movies (they were due yesterday and I was gonna put them back on layaway). That wasn't the issue. The issue was that I am a regular and everyone at the store greeted me while Adrianna decided to charge me full-price for my items back when I heard her whisper that it would've been 8 dollars to put them back on layaway but to go ahead and charge me full-price. Every time I have been in there, Adrianna has been rude as can be. She has chased regular customers out of there and refuses to give anyone a deal. I love everyone else at the store and think very highly of Tommy as a manager but I'm afraid that I can't be privy to a lazy Assistant manager that's rude on top of it. You're either part of the solution or part of the problem, Adrianna is definitely a problem. Until Adrianna is fired or transferred, I will not be coming back to this store. Shame seeing as everyone else is on a first name basis with me.
