  Not too happy, opened (3) new business accounts. They want to hold a cashiers check for a week!! Wasted my time and misleading, not a good start.

  The teller (yes, there is usually only one of them) gets overwhelmed with the amount of clients waiting. If you go inside to do your banking, she splits her attention between the drive up window and the front of the bank. It took 30 minutes to get thru 5 people with simple deposit/withdrawal transactions. This was mainly because, for some reason, she made the people in the drive thru a priority. When I went into the building, there were 2 cars at the drive thru. This # grew as she serviced 4 cars at the window before finally returning her attention to us. The only reason they get 3 stars and not 1 is that she was pleasant. Still, I would like to think that she would get some assistance from the people sitting behind desks with nobody in front of them. Basically, they need 2 more tellers, MINIMUM.

  Have had an account with B of A for almost 20 years. Tried to deposit a check and did not have account # . They could not find the account # so would not let me deposit the check. That is ridiculous in this day and age. Customer service is not good!.

  Will not let me access your money without a debit card. Tammy said its up to her discretion and asked me what I needed the money for. Who even does that? I have government issued ID and my account number. I don't know why I need more than that.

  BOA has been one of the best Banks I've used. Even my mobile, Paperless account has been very good, and that's saying something. Thanks to BOA.

  The computer systems are antiquated. Went in to add my name to a safety deposit box. Tried four times to enter my details into the system. Left without finishing. Ridiculous.

  They suck machine is always not working!!! Do not go there.
