  Lori was amazing. She is warm, friendly, and extremely competent and efficient. She helped me sell my first home, walked me through the whole process, was honest and have good advice. Now she helped me sell my parents' home. I'm both cases, we got the asking price with no hassle or haggle. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I'll call Lori immediately!

  I felt discriminated against. She said nobody was looking at the property but me, but when she saw my boyfriend was black, she said she had other applicants to review.🤷‍♀️ and she told me I should explore other "avenues " then she texted me after this review was originally posted & said she didn't appreciate me leaving her a bad review..well.tough tators lady. That's what public reviews are for. & I felt and still feel very discriminated against. I am a Christian and I thought she was a fellow sister in Christ from the way her and her husband talked but as soon as she saw my black boyfriend her true colors showed. No.thankx..I think I'll be ok without all that drama

  My sister bought her forever home and Lori Gonce was her realtor. She had such a positive experience we knew she was the one we would turn to when our world was torn apart. Mom passed away in April 2020 and Lori was amazing to work with. Very compassionate and respectful of our tender feelings. She knew the urgency and went above and beyond to help get the house ready for purchase and quickly sold. Anything from calling shed rental companies to riding heavy equipment and digging ditches. Hands down best possible experience in such a horrible time in our lives. If I ever have a need, she'll be my 1st call in the real-estate business.

  My experience with with Apple Country Realty was extremely positive. The agent I worked with was Lori Gonce. She helped me with the purchase of my first home. A few months later I enlisted her to help sell my mother's home. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make things happen. Her friendly nature and professional manner made both instances a pleasure. If you need any help with real estate you want Lori on your team!

  We have lived in a rental house from Apple Country Realtry for 6 years... they have been a wonderful landlord and always prompt when a repair is needed... we would highly reccomend Apple Country to anyone looking for rental and the sale of your forever home.   It's an okay website the formatting is extremely confusing and hard to navigate but when I was finally able to figure out how to work it in to get the results I want it it was really nice
