Alek Ostojic1The branch manager at this establishment (I believe her name is Sally) has no idea what a definition of notary is. I came in with a document that clearly said I required “Witness and/or Notary”. She told me I needed a witness and turned me away. The notary acts as an official and unbiased witness to the identity of a person who comes before the notary for a specific purpose. Meaning the notary is the witness of my identity.

Poco Chico1I went to the Gateway location of BOA for transaction only one teller working with long queue she (Bola) was very nice she attended to me nicely, I needed to do a pin change so I went to the two men in the lobby (George and Sinclair), they delay me for over 30mins waiting while they were busy laughing and talking away in front of the computer in the lobby, as I wait for them more people joined me and to our utter dismay they both walked away from us to the office behind them and turned down the curtains, they guy in braids later came back and said no appointment that he would have to schedule for another day. I left so disappointed after spending over an hour to get serviced, 30 mins on the teller line and 30min to get appointment. The staff in branch needed to be trainned especially this 2 men, wish I could rate this Branch zero. Am considering moving by Business to to another Bank.

Bagyo Policarpio1The turns are tight on drive thru. The menu is slow, and transition screens and fluff. Expedite this thing there are 5 cars in line. Would you like to make another transaction? You're gonna ask for the card again so why does this screen even exist just start back to the first screen. Whoever programmed and designed this needs to improve this. Expedite this my goodness Remove transitions and have access to most frequent options.

Umid Ortiqov5I was a bit sceptical about going there after I had seen negative google reviews. But was pleasantly surprised with the level of service! Christine was quite nice, professional and very friendly. She helped me with great patience to resolve my issue despite the branch was very busy.

I waited over an hour to see a customer service representative for what would have taken 30 second task to complete. After an hour and 15 min., I was told it would be another 15 min.-30 min so I gave up. Never going back there...basically the DMV of banking establishments.
