The manager is very down to earth and is always willing to help customers in need. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgable when it comes to pricing and merchandise information. You can purchase jewelery, electronics (flat screen TV's, laptops, gaming systems & games, musical instruments, movies/DVD's, antuiqas, and other novalties). Be sure to stop in and meet the team and also to shop the vast aray of merchandise. I have done business with HJ&L for more than 5 years now and I will continue to do business with this establishment because they always do good business and the service is 5 🌟.

  Well my 25th year anniversary came up and I needed a special gift for my wife. Thank God I walked into Howard Jewelry and Loans. At first I thought pawn shops are just for pawning items, but was I pleasantly surprised. The selection of earrings, necklaces rings and bracelets and other precious stones is astronomical. And best of all the price that you just can't beat. My wife loved her beautiful Emerald platinum Earrings. All thanks to Howard Jewelry and Loans.

  These guys rock! Not only do they a workable interest rate- theyre both knowledgeable, & super sympathetic! After i foolishly took my mothers antique ring n2 CASH AMERICA- the kid put a solution on it removing the white gold! I was crushed! I ruined the only think i had left of my mom! I took the ring back 2 Howard where they agreed 2 replate Cash Americas mistake! Plus.... These guys are super cool. Id recommend anyone who either wants 2 sell or even buy (great jewely selection) to check these guys out!

  Went in after having the worst day. Had an emergency and needed to pawn something to cover my issue. Staff was super friendly and the owner was really cool. Everyone was helpful. It was a great expirence. I recommend them.

  I went in today and got top dollar for two gold pendants I found in my drawer as I was moving. I was SHOCKED at how much I was given. Shocked. I seriously expected a third of what I got after selling down the street years ago. Thanks for taking me minutes before closing and making me feel like I got a great deal. I'll be back!
