  Biggest scam on the face of the earth. They take advantage of those in need and make it hard to pay off. They’re also the most unprofessional, argumentative people to deal with. Do yourself a favor and never do business with them.

  I'm very disappointed on how a loyal customer got mistreated by Jennifer a agent for this company. In middle of a conversation she took it upon herself to leave me talking alone as she hung up on me,while I was speaking!! Although I'm satisfy with the company, I felt disrespected!! Please look into your agents and teach them customer service skills.

  I received a quick feedback on my loan application. Once approved, my funds were ready for me to sign off on, and to be picked up. Because of technical difficulties I was having with my phone , I had to personally go to their branch office, and sign off on my loan documents. The process went quickly, and I was soon on my way. Overall, I had a great experience with One Main Financial frm beginning to end!

  Mess up my credit applying after they said I was approve. Now it will be on my credit for a few years. Do not apply. It was like oh well thats the risk but if you approved someone then should go through. Thats horrible in a time like this especially when my family and I trying to get a house together. I wish this company well. I hope no one does this to them. I have fair good credit and never miss a payment or was late. Just ruin me and my day.

  The worst experience ever and the most unprofessional people to deal with. They made me cancel everything in the second because they don’t know what their doing plus the offer itself was filled of so many hidden things ... I’m someone who got a very good credit score rate so it’s their loss ...

  Had a HORRIBLE experience at this place trying to get my titles back. Personal Loan Specialist Noel Ruiz is GREAT when you are trying to get a LOAN, but it will NOT care once everything is sign and done. Have been waiting on my titles for over a month, last thing I heard from him when I question it (why is it taking so long?) was "well I don't keep a track of our conversations). Like he don't care no more.
