  Branch has been closed since COVID started, which was understandable at first. But now that restrictions have been lifted they should at least have short hours or drive-thru only. The ATM is empty at least 75% of the time I go to try to get money out. On top of that, BoA recently start charging fees for not using their ATMs. Either service the machine more often or stop charging to use other ones. EDIT: Reply below is a canned answer, I suspect not from a real person. I've talked to customer service and they said they can't talk about the ATM schedule in any capacity for security reasons. So it won't be fixed.

  Since the coronavirus outbreak this branch has been closed they barely have the ATM door unlocked. Most other bank have their drive-thrus open and ATM, at least they are working. You can't even call anyone to unlock the ATM door. WTH.

  This branch is temporarily closed. The ATM hardly ever works. This bank does not care about the community it’s in. So this is what we have. Very sad.

  As of right now I don't see why this branch is even open. I can see if someone comes in to load the ATM from inside,but you can't do anything at this bank. If TD can be open why can't BOA?? I can't even deposit change that is rolled into my kids bank account or their birthday money.

  They closed Brown Mills, and Homestead, two communities that have people with transportation problems, but, leave the rich enclave of Bordentown open? #Sad!!!! Sadder that they try to make it acceptable to abuse the most needy, because, Covid-19.

  This bank is closed most of the time the ATM doesn't work. Horrible customer service. Both banks in my area are now closed. Useless bank !!

  Severly understaffed which causes painfully slow service. I have a store that I manage and there are days that I barely make it back in time to open because I'm stuck waiting for upwards of 20 minutes. Tellers can also be rude and have made mistakes before that have caused issues with my store reporting our deposits. If it was up to me, I would use a different bank entirely but since this is the closest one, my store has no other choice.

  Lobby being closed due to COVID, Fine. But drive-thru service would be nice at least.
